I have tried to make an internet payment for several days to www.Dell.com/dfs but find the web site is unavailable. I have attempted several times and have also searched MyCheckFree.com to see if Dell is listed there, to no avail.
I called Dell this morning as my payment was due on the 15th and I havn't been able to make it due to their web site inaccessibility. I never reached a person, but the automated system will do payments only if one pays a fee of 9.95 or 13.95, depending upon payment date. Couple this with a late fee of 39.00 (again through no fault of my own) and this reaches exhorbitant proportions.
I an thoroughly disgusted with this situation since I have tried to make a timely payment.
