I paid for the full version of Nero and received the trial version. 4 emails, no results

I went to the Nero website attempting to purchase the full version. Somehow my payment went to Clickbank and I received only the trial version. Many emails to the company resulted in more links to the trial version. Nero claims they do not deal with Clickbank. How does this happen? Fortunately I used Paypal and not my credit card. Report has been filed with Paypal. Beware of Clickbank!!
