This company has charged me at least $80 without my knowledge. Customer service has said the account has been turned over to their fraud department for a review and perhaps a refund, but I'm not going to hold my breath. So I've filed reports with the FTC. Gov, ifccfbi. Gov, and my State Attorney General.
After a little checking I've found out the following about them:
Montsr.com aka Monterstar seems to be a shell for ICS800 Inc (www.ics800.com), which in turn is part of the Babenet.com family. That family contains a bunch of porn sites, free cash type sites and who knows what else.
