On 18Dec02 We were charged $39.99 by cinemamster.com. On 19Dec02 We were charged 39.99 by Montsr.com. On 30Dec02 we wer charged by websitebilling.co.uk LOD ISR $1.95 and another for $1.95. Also on the 30th we were charged by websitebilling 49.99 and Montsr.com LOD ISR for $39.99 On 17Jan03 we were charged by Paygate (wsbcs.com) Seoul Kor for $49.99.
We contacted Capital One (the credit card company) and explained all the fraudulent charges that were not ours. I also sent them a letter detailing each one of these charges stating they were fraudulent. A week ago I called and spoke with their fraud department and they said because I didn't fill out their forms that the time limit of 120 days has passed and we would be charged for all of these bills.
I have also contacted Montsr.com and they said I need to call my police department and file charges. They would not issue me a credit. But 2 weeks ago when I called them they told me they would check into it and issue a credit if my husband didn't make the charges. They told me this time that he did. They are lying, cheating frauds!
