Alyon Industries used deceptive tactics to take over $200 from me.
I do not dissagree that I did use their services. Their terms and conditions are what I dissagree with. Under the actual agreement, it stated that I would be charged $. 10 per minute to view their web sites. No other actual amounts were in the agreement.
I received a bill from Alyon Industries the other day. Imagine my surprise when I seen it was over $200. They charged me an additional $4.99 per minute. No where in the agreement was the $4.99 charge even mentioned. I have already paid the bill. They gave me thirteen days to pay the bill. After that it would be forwarded to a collection agency.
I want most of my money back, except for what I agreed to pay. I think that is only fair. What is unfair is that the $4.99 charge should have been disclosed in the agreement.
