On 8/14/08 I sent a wire transfer to a Mr. Alberto Lajud for 10 Macbook Pro 15 inch Computers. They were to be shipped overnight. They were not. He finally shipped some items on 9/02/08 via Federal Express. He only sent 3 15inch 2.4's 1 15 inch 2.5, and then 3 macbooks (not our agreemnet. This is after stating he had shipped something entirely different. I explained this was unacceptable, He promised he was shipping the rest. Needless to say this never happened.
After trading several emails, I said I was going to have to file charges. He said he had shipped the items and gave me a Fedex tracking number. (715397210001237). He never shipped. After trading more emails and the an online chat (I have copies of all) He admitted he had not shipped. FInally I told him he either had to ship the merchandise or my money. He promised it would be shipped on October 6th. Needless to say it was not.
Additionally I received a phone call from my account representative at Fedex saying Alberto Lajud had tried to get insight access to my fedex account. He had set up a fedex account using my account information. I have all the tracking numbers. The email from my Fedex Rep.
He had repeatedly told me he is sending me my money, but always fails to do so.
