The first thing you need to know about Centriq is that they will tell you anything in person, or over the phone. So, make sure they email you any and all information. They are an evil, money making machine. All they want is your money. They will just about say or do anything to get your money. When you go to sign up for your classes, you need to ask some basic questions:
How many students have taken a track and finished on time? Whatever they say, ask them to send you that information in an email.
Why do you need to take a track if everyone finishes on time?
Ask them about how many students pass the A test on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd try. Ask them how many students pass the Net Plus classes and then ask them about Ask them how many students have been expelled and for what reason. Ask them if all of the instructors have had a background check and are qualified to teach. We know for a fact, that instructors have been deported.
All students should know that if they do not take the class or they do not take the test, they are entitled to a refund.
Centriq will not tell you this.
If you ask for a refund they will say no!
Contact the better business bureau, they will not do much, but at least your complain is on file.
Contact the Kansas Board of Regents and file a complaint, as many as you can.
Contact Sallie Mae and ask for a supervisor. Ask to talk to the fraud department. Call them back if they do not call you.
That if you did not take the class or the test, you should not pay for the class or test.
Centriq will not tell you this and they will say it is in your contract. However, this is not the case at all and you have every right to a refund and you will get one.
Also, make sure you write to the Attorney General's office in Kansas.
