After the first 2 weeks of class, I had nothing but problems out of this school.
My instructors changed daily, up until the last class, and I wasn't learning much of anything. We mainly talked in class and didn't do much learning. I had to study on my own for 3 months afterwards to pass my exams to get my certifications. I was also promised job placement, with which there has been none even close to me. I live close to the St Joseph area, and was assured when I signed up that they would give me leads in this area or the Liberty area. I drove 3 hours round trip to attend this school with the understanding that I would have a job in this field shortly after I graduated. It has been 3 years and still no job. I have applied all over and without the experience or a 4 year degree, no one will hire me. The only job leads I have received from Centriq are ones in Overland Park which is 1 1/2 hours from me or St. Louis, Springfield or Topeka which are all many hours from me. This place is a joke! Now I'm unemployed and still having to pay close to $30,000 for nothing. I highly do not recommend this place, take your money and go to a real school. If I had it to do over again, I would!
