I applied for a purchase of a computer with Blue Hippo on November 27 as of yet, I haven't received my computer. I owe $447 left on my account. The agreement was after thirteen (13) payments I would received my computer plus additional free camera and color printer. Every time I call the company, they keep me on the phone for a half hour before I get a live person. Then the sales rep gives me the same information every time. I will receive it soon as they get a shipping date. I wanted this computer last year for Christmas and now it's Christmas again and I still haven't received it. I thought that they were trying to help my credit, I could have went somewhere else with less aggravation. Please help me I don't know what to do. I want to call someone on this Company. Thank you
