Here I was thinking that I was the only one going through this nightmare. Apparently, the amount I'm owed is "small beans" ($220) compared to some of the other reports I've seen. I've been providing service for PPT for about two years now. Aside from a slow payment, here and there, I never really had a problem with them, until now.
I sent an invoice at the end of July. I have yet to see payment for it. The invoice and the paperwork were submitted twice. AP has confirmed that the invoice is in their system and is awaiting payment.
The only voicemail boxes I can reach are Mitch Wright's (can't leave a message because the box is full) and Laura Bott (apparently that's Mitch's secretary).
I spoke to one of the receptionists, today. I told her that she should start looking for a new job, because her current employer doesn't pay their bills, they don't return calls and people are leaving the company, left and right, which is a telltale sign of a company nearing it's end. I told her it was just some "friendly advice". She giggled and said "thank you".
