We have been a Service Partner for Prism Pointe Technologies. Service calls never amounted to much until lately. We have not received a check since May and didn't realize it right away. Everyone confirmed that we had several invoices that were waiting to be paid and that they would send a message to Mitch Wright the Flunky of Finance as he is the person that writes checks. I have never been allowed to talk with Mitch and he won't return calls or emails. The director of operations is Byron extension # no return calls from him either. We have not been paid for calls since May (through Sept.) and now for the last month no communication at all. I'd say we start calling their customers and let them know that Prism Pointe are a bunch of dead beats. They might react differently when their customers who pay them are calling and complaining. Please let us know if you have any ideas.
