My son purchased a HP Pavillion Laptop advertised at $499.00 after instant savings and rebates. When I got to the store they charged an additional $9.99 for Firedog software installation, $39.99 for Firedog quickstart new computer set up, and $79.99 for Kaspersky Internet Security increasing the sale price by $129.96. On the newspaper sale ad, there was a small green banner indicating a price (not specifically referencing this particular computer) to be $549.00 with these additional features. The ad was misleading and we were not shown or offered the opportunity to purchase the $499.99 computer (as advertised) which I believe does not exist.
