I bought a cd burner from the above address and it has never worked. After much e-mail regarding this and a complete run around-I finally shipped it back and asked to repair, replace or refund. To this date I have not received any satisfaction and they have had it back in their possession for over a month.
A person named Russ is the one I have corresponded with and he has given me a run around. First he said it arrived back there broken and the next paragraph he said he would look at it someday to see if it can be fixed. He also claimed the post offdsice signed the retuen receipt several days before they delivered it.
Obviously he doesnt tell the truth and I keep catching him in his lies. I have had it and want my refund of $100.00 and not a repair or replaced unit. It is people like him that give the internet buying a bad name.
I sent him a P O money order in good faith in advanace and I feel he should be a man and give me a refun. This was purchased on 3-5-01 and was on invoice #16050.
