Petro shut my oil burner down 11/28 because they said it couldn't be fixed. The yearly contract agreement that I had with them ended 11/30,2 days AFTER they shut my oil burner off! Petro keeps billing me $400.00 for a broken NEW contract fee that was supposed to start 12/1,2 days AFTER they shut my oil burner down and told us the burner could not be used. Petro keeps sending me statements with late fees; Petro told me they are turning me over to credit collection. We have not had heat since they turned off my burner! We have been using electric space heaters and will install a gas burner in the future.
Also, Petro Oil Company owes me $97.07 for budget billing that ended in my favor at the end of our ‘OLD’ contact on 11/30/12!
