DotlessDomain.com - Webmenu.com - Business Concepts Of Nevada - Solutions For The Net
DotlessDomain.com, Under Webmenu.com, Business Concepts Of Nevada Dba Solutions For The Net RIPOFF of $2985 by FRAUDULENT IP addresses

On Aug. 18, I was called by DotlessDomain.com, Las Vegas, Nv., to offer a great service (IF it was legitimate) for the company (Xziex) I was involved in (atmosphereic water generators). DotlessDomain had gotten my name and phone number NOT from the Xziex company as I checked with the owners and they reassured me. DotlessDomain spokesperson, Fiona, said that they had started calling Distributorships on Aug. 14.

I was able to obtain three great phrases, guaranteeing 10,000 hits each in a six month period. If that was not met, the contract would be extended another 6 months. That would be 30,000 hits with the normal 2% return, meaning 600 hits which is the normal return. There have been NO contacts too date. They would send out a FedX packet for our Credit Card Check of $2985.

I had one day to check out DotlessDomain.com and Webmenu.com but could not find anything online so we sent in the check on Aug. 19. Many weeks later in Sept. I talked to a Computer expert friend in the Xziex business about the above company. She notified me the next day with several sites that indicated that we had been SCAMMED by Dotlessdomain.com.

When I checked my three sites for numbers for one month, they were in the neighborhood of 1,400 each which would be on par for hitting 10,000 per line.
They were coming in from mainly 6 IP addresses.

On Nov. 14, I stopped in Las Vegas coming back from a business trip to Idaho. Staying with relatives, I first went to the place we sent the FedX packet back to: DotlessDomain, 1350 E. Flamingo, Suite 505. This is NOT a
Suite, but a BOX number at a UPS drop site in a strip mall.

Than I went around the corner to their physical address of 3790 Paradise Road, Suite 220. A two story building with their name not on the outside sign. Walking into the building I found listed in Suite 220, Business Concepts of Nevada dba Solutions for the Net. I figuered this had to be them. Walking into their Suite, the room on the right was empty, probably Fionas. Looking down the hall I could see the "boiler room" operation of many computers and people. The next office on the left had a young lady and man, customer service people. I asked for Fiona, and the lady said that she was not in.'I am a member of DotlessDomain and Webmenu. This is DotlessDomain and Webmenu I asked?' She said it was and asked my name.'That is not important as you SCAMMED me for $2985, and I am in town to put you all out of business by contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.' I turned around and left.

I proceeded to call the Chamber of Commerce which they are a member of since in 2007 the lady noted. I gave her the background as above on them but they could not do anything at this time. I than called the BBB of Las Vegas, went there and filed the above report on DotlessDomain.

When I get home off this business trip early in Dec., I will file with the AG's office on Nevada and Texas. Also, the FBI Internet Fraud Unit. WE need to put these companies Out of Business, and possibly a Class Action Suit. Please do your part.

Thanks
