I was going through the internet when i had come upon there web site and i had went through there program and paid on the internet as well, once i had received threre letter with the card i again had gone back to the web site and had found that they were a fraud and i had gone to my bank and signed an affidavand stating that i had not signed any written agree for the card so i was able to get my money back. Also they go under the name USA PLATINUM
