I joined eMusic as a condition of adding "Ad-aware" to my computer. They stated that they had a 30 day, no-questions asked cancellation policy. I have spent several hours just trying to get in touch with them on the computer to cancel with no success. Reaching them by telephone was no better - a computer voice which referred me to you. I hope you can help get me out of this mess. They have already charged my credit card for the full amount, which I would obviously like refunded. I have downloaded no music and I don't intend to.
