There is nothing more devious than the Morrells of the world who try getting away without paying freelancers.in years of freelancing I've only had one other person who claimed to not have money to pay but he fessed up and payed. Mr. Morrell is more crooked than this.
Mr. Morrell is unscrupulous and unethical. He is greedy smug liar, who's proud of his deviousness. Thank god for the written record of emails to prove every word of this, I only wish i had records of the things he's said to me over the telephone
THE STORY: I did the meta tags for Ross Morrell's site FloodAndFireRepair.com. He was thrilled, as he should be because I'm a meticulous expert. This website now comes up FIRST in google for many important keywords and keyphrases and in the top 5 for many others.
Then he asked me to do the meta tags for OasisLingerie.com. I should have known not to do work for site whose first words are "trashy lingerie." As I was half finished with these meta tags, Mr Morrell had still not paid for the first website so I told him I wouldn't finish until he paid, so he paid.
But he has not paid for OasisLingerie.com
I've emailed him repeatedly and talked to him on the phone. It has been many months. He refuses to pay. Says he'll pay when he feels like it because he's got three kids. Great excuse. People shouldn't hire others for work they cannot pay for but Mr. Morrell can pay he just doesn't want to because I'm A FREELANCER. It's okay though because he has no idea what I have coming for him.
