I also am a victim/distributor. Holidayink, nick Morrell, Patrick Church, Russell, mark Mahoney, Shawnna are not helpful people. I've been affiliated with them since 12-14-04. As of yet i have not made a dime. After taking our hard earned money I have not received any support from any of them. They are ruthless and not at all concerned about our distributorship.
They lied about exclusive teritory. They lied about radio and tv ads. They lied bout quality of product. I have done the little that they offered to no avail. I went to
their one day seminarm, i paid their locating partner for stores and I last but not least e-mail to request a refund.
Nick wrote back of course saying that I haven't perform as a distributor and accused me of not locating racks at stores provided by locaing Co (not true), Not attending one day seminar (not true). Bottom line whomever wants to contact me please do. Nobody should affiliate themselves with these ripoff artist. I will be seeking advice of a legal proffessional, to try and recoup my money, even if I go broke. Any ideas from others whom experience the same pease respond through the rebuttal key.
