Nick Morrell (AKA Richard Morrell, AKA Nick Cascario or Cassario) is the president of Holiday Ink, and owns 51% share in American Ink.
The president of American Ink is Jerry Germano, a business associate of Nick Morrell, and is also allegedly a former distributor for Holiday Ink. John Robinette is the sales manager of American Ink, and is a former Holiday Ink employee. Ron Green is an agent who sells American Ink distributorships.
Before you invest in American Ink, PLEASE PLEASE contact the Federal Trade Commission, and request information about complaints AND investigations on file concerning the business and individuals listed above. That information is available to you under the freedom of information act. Be sure to specify both complaints and investigations. To those who have already purchased an American Ink or Holiday Ink distributorship. You probably have figured out by now that your company will try hard to keep the names of other distributors from you. If you are interested in contacting other distributors, please look up these companies in online groups, and send an email to the respective group owners.
