Question Description:
I ordered the devils daughter (170786) on 10-31-08 and
was supposed to pay $4.88 total. When I paid there was no charge for membership sign on when I had my acct debited for the 4.88 11 days later my acct is charged 30.95 not refundable and I have not received a movies and the acct is closed as of today the 11th of November
My checking account was billed $1 on 11-3-08 and then
$29.95 on 11-10-08
please fix this and get back to me ASAP.
