I signed up for a free trail and cancelled the very next day only to be told that I would have to wait 2 or three billing cycles to receive a refund of $25.90.
In my experience with other companies, it takes only 3-6 business days for a full refund.
I told them this was unacceptable and asked to speak to a supervisor - she then told me i'd get the same answer from them. What can i do to get my money back promptly and to mak sure they don't take any more out of account???
