I have a NX860XL that I reported needed parts on 10/11/08 and was promised parts all this time now I find out they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Meanwhile I have a 3000 computer that is out of service and is worthless. I feel hurt, cheated and neglected by Gateway. I originally purchased this computer because of Gateway's warranty and specifically designed a top of the line machine. It needs new parts and now I can't even contact the company.
I heard there was a refinancing deal with Wells Fargo through a websearch and what can we do as having paid not only for an "extended 4 year warranty" but PRIORITY SERVICE as well.
Is my computer toast. Is it worthless. Do I have any recourse by chargeback on my Credit Card from my original purchase. I think I spent 3400 in total on this computer.
What can we do i need a working computer. Help
