I bought a Gateway computer in July of 09 and it stopped working two monhs later. I can' get Gateway to answer their phones to even talk to me because the laptop I bought from Gateway is supposedly handled by some other company that announced in December of 08 that they were filing bankruptcy! I am not the only customer having problems with this as I found so many other people online looking for answers that nobody will give them from either of these companies. I paid over $700 fr a laptop that worked for less than two months and I want my money back or my computer fixed under the warranty that was supposed to come with the computer for the first year! I don't understand how a company that is OUT OF BUSINESS and that Gateway KNEW was out of business could possibly be responsible for a computer that was manufactured by GATEWAY after that date in question. If somebody doesn't fix my computer or replace it then I am going to jump onboard with a class action law suit and expose Gateway for their fraudulent ways of extorting customer's money!
