Karlsnet
Thieves took my money, failed to deliver, and ignored all correspondence

I found Karlsnet through a web search, and ordered the information to get Microsoft software for free. I paid my $4 plus 55c shipping through PayPall on October 29.

When nothing arrived I emailed Karlsnet, but got no reply. I tried again, but nothing.

When I went back to PayPall they said there was nothing they could do as I had not filed a complaint within 30 days.

Karlsnet are either ignorant or blatant thieves.
