After reading other usacomplaints. Coms about Karlsnet, I realized that I too had been ripped off. I ordered Matt Karls information on how to get MicroSoft Office 2000 for free. Paid Karlsnet the $4.55 for the information and never received the information. I verified with my ISP that Karlsnet ...
