After reading other usacomplaints. Coms about Karlsnet, I realized that I too had been ripped off. I ordered Matt Karls information on how to get MicroSoft Office 2000 for free. Paid Karlsnet the $4.55 for the information and never received the information.
I verified with my ISP that Karlsnet never sent me any e-mails. I filed a complaint with PayPal and of course, Karlsnet claimed he sent the product. Karlsnet never responded to several 'polite' emails is sent to follow up on my order when it never arrived. Paypal refused to do anything else because it was a 'vitual product'.
I even sent PayPal copies of previous consumer complaints about Karlsnet and they still did not refund my money.
Must be just another 'ripoff'!
