Tucows Inc is a company is a host to websites and email services. My account was purchased initially thru Netidentity who they now run. They have been down for days and no one can access their accounts. This is NOT the first time this has happened. My business and domain are stuck on this service and suffering because of this down time. I rely on my email and website for income. However, they avoid their clients making it impossible to contact a live person via phone and don't answer emails from their support deparment ever. They have just put one general message saying its down and they're working on it. What the heck? If this company can't keep it together then they need to get out of this business and stop ripping people off.
My biggest concern is that my domain name and website which appear on ALL of my corporate ID is locked and stuck on this host. How do I get this back and get my money back for the paid up front year I've already purchased?
