Ripoff deception. Billed $161.59 for Internet Site use without any authorization from the user (William J. Cole). Billed in my wifes name

Alyon Tchnologies Billed $161.59 for an unnamed Internet site saying that I had agreed to terms and conditions that I had not noticed or remembered. I would never agree to pay over $5.00 per minute for anything on the internet. This has to be consumer deception.
