ESM, Inc., Mike Glaspie, The Shanklin Group - Saint George Utah Be VERY Careful and GET THAT CONTRACT FIRST!

Last evening I purchased a program via the internet called Ad Word Analyzer. After making the online purchase I was redirected to a site that was claiming to find 50 individuals to mentor. Since this is EXACTLY what I need, I sent my info in. Within 24 hrs I was called by a company called EMS or The Shanklin Group. After about an hour on the phone, the whole time being told that I would get all my money back if I didn't make it back in sales using their program,

I decided to give it a try. The price was $5,000.00. Not cheap but worth the money if indeed the company was legitimate.

Without making this a million words long I will briefly lay out the issues I had with them and their deceptive business practices.

1. I was pitched first by a guy who had no details about what the company even did nor did he know the name of the company. He said he would pass me on to his director after I 'Qualified'. (I am sure everybody qualifies)

2. Anthony Fagot (no I think it was Faigan) called and was very eager to help me make money on the net.

3. He proceeded to tell me the course would be of a mentorship type and that I would get a mentor.

4. He went on to say that once I paid I would get the contract to review and have three days to cancel.

5. He took my cc info. Then passed me onto Lexi to record my verifacation verbally after which they would send the contract.

6. She then mentioned a 15% restocking fee if I canceled after receiving the contract. THAT'S $750.00 for them doing nothing but refunding my $ and maybe spending 10 minutes of email time.

7. I then stated that I would prefer to have my cc charged after I had a chance to review the contract (again $5,000.00)

8. At this point, like a f*ing baby, Mr. Fagot (or is it Faigan) said no deal. He said "you agreed verbally to allow me to charge the card before we send the contract" at which point I said that there were things Lexi was telling me that he never mentioned. So I wanted to see the contract.

9. BIG DEAL! If your business is so legitimate and you are selling a product for $5,000.00 why not get the contract to me for review asap.

10. I owned businesses before and dealt with business owners. Anybody who won't show you the contract before you pay is a SLIME Ball.

11. So should you desire to do business with this company GET THE CONTRACT IN HAND, READ IT AND IF IT LOOKS GOOD TO YOU. Good Luck. Remember BUYER BEWARE.

SincerelyPete T
