Took $117.00 to start a business of mailing letters from home

I submitted my $117.00 and waited for the start up package to mail from home, but got nothing. I called the number and you only get a voice box that is full. I kept the paperwork (original) and mailed the company a copy.

This is yet another scam... Don't send any money to anyone!!!
