This company may be alright if you have have what you need and know what to do. If your new don't go with them, after you pay your money and set up an account, you can then download a movie. Only to find out that you need a different program to convert it to DVD which has a cost to it. The problem is you need more than one program. And if you need help think again they don't have a phone, so you can not talk to anyone. You can E-mail them but all they tell you is, You were able to download the file if you can't see it or hear it go to our help line screen and they tell you that you need to download these programs which you have to pay for and not sure if they will work.
