I tried to download movies from this website but I wasn't able to so I emailed them and was told that I have to download another software in order to be able to download movies. So, whether someone is able to download a movie or not the balance in your account is exhausted and you can't get it back, that means you have to pay more money to add into you balance in order to download the movies that you were not able to download.
The company doesn't have a phone number where a customer can call and get support and they said it in their terms of conditions that they don't do refund. Please don't use this company, you will get ripped off.
