I wanted to write a complaint to protect other consumers from ordering from AllGayJewelryShop.com. I placed an order with them about two months ago, and although the money was taken out of my checking account, I never received the merchandise. The site has a "contact us" button that leads to a form to send an email' after sending an email, there is never a response. The site also has a contact number that goes to a personal line where the beep picks up on the first ring, asking if you would like to page that person or leave a message.
After leaving a message and paging the number, I still have received no response.
