I ordered a purple disk from this company on 6/10/09. After ordering, another window DID open up and it gave me an order #. I never received a confirmation email or ANY email from them up to now. None at all. Not a single one. Never. The total cost was $14.99. I'm not trying to throw away not even ONE DOLLAR. I tried to contact the email address but MAILER-DAEMON sent me that FAILURE email. You know the one that says the person does not exist, etc. I called the # and it did not ring-it went straight to voicemail. A woman spoke and said to leave a message or a TEXT. I said to myself: 'Self, did she say a TEXT???' Anyway, I left a voice message AND sent them a text but a day later - still no response. I contacted the bbb and filed a complaint against this company. I am soooo happy that it was not more than $14.99 I lost but I MIGHT do a background check and obtain the name of the person that owns that phone # and then contact the police department in that area... And THEN it's on! LEGAL ACTION. Yeah, just for losing my hard earned $14.99. I will end up spending more BUT I will get SATISFACTION from putting them out there and BRINGING THEM DOWN. This is such a shame. They cannot expect to get away with doing this.
