I had brought my computer to Best Buy because I purchased it from them and it was still under warranty. I explained that this was a business computer and I needed it back right away. I already knew that the mother board was fried. I had paid $100 from an IT person to find this out. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my computer back. It is now 3 weeks and I was told it will take another 2 weeks to get my computer back.in the meantime I do not have a computer to run by HVAC company. When I called to complain to the manager in regards to this and explain the importance of me getting my computer back he said oh well that is what your paper states and what it takes to fix it. I said I would pay if I could get my computer back and he said no. They just now ordered the mother board from gateway on the 27 of August and it will take another 2-3 weeks to get my computer back. I told the manager that he has poor customer service skills that he needs to train his employees better to explain to consumers that it takes 4-5 weeks to get a computer fixed. There was never an apology or anything. This is the first time I have purchased anything from Best Buy because everytime I go in there there is absolutey no customer service. My husband and I waited one night for over 1hour to get help purchasing a big screen t.V. No help whatsoever that whole time we were there. We ended up purchasing from SEARS. Best Buy has absolutely no customer service skills, lack of caring is all they are about.
