I Purchase some memory for my computer in July 08.instead of recieving the memory I ordered, I got a bluetooth headset. I tried to call thier number and no one ever picks up. Sent a email at [email protected] after I recieved the wrong item. I got a response back a week later from a Sandra Lee saying they were very sorry and a replacement will be sent out to me and please send back the other item. I sent back the bluetooth headset and never recieved my memory. Then to top it of on 9-03-08 they took $91.60 out of my bank account with my authorization. I did not purchase anything at all. They just took my money. I filed a report to my bank as fraud. Hopefully someone can put an end to to this company since I have seen many bad reports about this company.
