A united charge showed up on my att bill. I called the company service rep. They were rude and attempted to bagger me into accepting their terms. That is that they would cancel the service (even though I didn't sign up for it nor give any permission for this service) but I would have to pay the charges. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor, claiming there was not one on the site nor would the give me a conformation number.
After calling att and speaking with a supervisior named Perry (nice man); he issued a credit on my bill.
These people are ripoff artists and should be put out of business. Att should be incouraged not to bill for any third party under any event.
I'll most likely have to deal with these bottom dwelllers again but I'm angery and perhaps ready to go to wa
