I've been with choice cable for the internet for about 6 or 7 months now and they advertise 786kb for 24.95 but i only have 52kb my internet is so slow. I've called and called not for it only being slow but it keeps shutting off it takes about 30mins to get to a pg and when it finally does i have to refresh the pg or try to repair the problem. They told me that someone was comming out to fix the problem on a tuesday no one showed up i had to call agian of corse some of them was rude and not helpfull they just said uh, uh really the person just said uhuh and that the service call was cancelled i said why they could not give me an answer. I then i ask for the manager they said I could not speak to the manager because they are not allowed to transfer any calls they can leave a message i said ok then. This was aug4 still no manager has called me back because i keep calling finally someone came out but they could not fix the problem also the tech did a speed test it said 52kb like the other speed test. You see how i found out that i was having 52kb is because i called them to order the 3mb for 80.00 month the person on the phone said i will see the difference in about 10mins are so that was agu. 6th here it is still the same slowness and its agu27 and they still want to charge me the full 80. OH yesterday when i called which i want to briing up ive never been rude or loud the rep hung up on me because i told her why can you not transfer me to the manager and she did not want to give me her name she was very rude. When i did get to someone that was ok he told me that he was going to put it back to the 786 but i told him that i have not 786 only 52 and i want to speak to some high than the manager he said he can leave a meg and that some one will be comming out to fix the 52 problem on the 30th lets see if they even come out. So they want to charge me 80bucks and i havent had any 3mb how can they charge me for something i havent had. Im not asking for anything free or the money back that ive been paying for 786 and only had 52 i only want what ive been paying for 786kb and the 3mb they know ive been paying for 786 but only had 52 thats 734kb missing from the package the i brought. Which they should credit me for the 734 missing all these months dont you think so if it was you what would you do
