I'd been an extended-time Interland client. They usually I would like to know in advance when my charge card could be billed and just how much. They'd also I would like to know if my card was going to end.
Web.com did none of the above mentioned, FAKED my termination day (how it got through, I Will never understand), AND lifted my prices 50%. I named to protest 2 nights after my card was billed plus they stated they'd roll-back towards the aged cost and credit my card. They did... Subsequently charged the card back for that same quantity whilst the credit.
I tried for three months to obtain touching somebody... Anybody. They'd not reply their telephones or mail or trouble ticket. After I eventually DID enter contact with somebody, they stated that they'd be getting me (prorated) 8 weeks of support.
From what I've observed on this website, Iam not alone that did not get kissed...
