I ordered a much needed medicine that was advertised cheaper than i had been charged at home. I paid online and got a confirmation from the company. Then i contacted them asking when to expect delivery, since the expected time had passed. They finally gave me a date to look for it.
That time passed and i immediately asked for more information. I was then given a tracking number for ups. Upon checking the tracking number i found that the number did not exist.
Then i was told that there was a problem with the shipping country and if it continued, i would get a full refund. I was put off once more saying that the problem still existed and after a few days i would get my refund. Now i can get no response from this online company.
Run; do not walk and if you are asked to help pursue this... Please do.
