I've been trying to cancel my supposed membership to Credithelpcs for the past three months. I've tried calling the number provided only to get a extremely long and annoying message talking about how Credithelpcs can help me manage my credit. I've waited one time for nearly an hour before finally giving up and going back to the website.
I tried the send an e-mail selection only to have it bounce back to my e-mail account saying that the address does not exist. I tried the chat with a live person option, only to have the window close automatically and once again the address bounced back to my e-mail once again. This company or companies have been charging me $15.15 for the past three or four months, and I have no ability to stop them.
After being harassed by my previous bank WaMu after three complaints against basically the same company, I'm scared to try and dispute the charges against my checking account at my new bank. Someone please help me!!
