I ordered computer hardware (CD-ROM) from the company Vesalia.De and right from the start, the company didn't use my correct shipping address. I immediately e-mailed them regarding this problem to include my apartment number in the shipping address but afters days I received no response. I continued to check the incorrect tracking number they gave me and it continued to say the package wasn't even shipped yet.
This continued to go on for about a month until I contacted PayPal. However, PayPal feels its right for them to keep the money because they had proof of shipping. However, the tracking number they gave me repeatedly told me the package was never sent nor was I notified of it being shipped to the correct address. It's no wonder this company is affiliated with PayPal, they will get to keep there money if a dispute is created.
I have now contacted my Visa provider to further escalade and finish this transaction/online fraud. I recommend to all to not do any business with the company: Vesalia Online AKA Vesalia Computer (Vesalia.De/com)
