I recently discovered an odd charge on my bank statement, TLG*GREATFN for $12.99 for the last several months. I contacted the company to immediately put a stop to this unauthorized/unknown charge. After the representative tried several times to retain me as a member, I sterny informed her that I wanted to immediately cancel this unsolicited membership, and receive a refund. She put me on hold for about a minute and upon returning gave me a cancellation code (MG1002310822). I then inquired about a refund and was informed a refund packet would be received by mail within 10 working days and I would receive a refund once I filled out and returned said paperwork. I then asked her for thier company address and was informed they did'nt have one, but with little internet search effort found the parent company Trilegiant Corporation (http://www.trilegiant.com/) is located at 100 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850, Tel. 203-956-1000, and this website lists the other names under the Trilegiant umbrella and there I found a link to Great Fun which the site lists the address that I was told did'nt exist as P.O. Box 1029, Trumbull, CT 06611.
