I got ripped $35.99 on my credit card by Great Fun. If you go to their website (greatfunsite.com), you'll find that most of the links don't work. After some looking around I came up with the following: Address
#1 - PO Box 41248, Nashville, TN 37204: Address #2 - PO Box 1029, Trumbull, CT 06611: Address #3 - 100 Connecticut Ave., Norwalk, CT 06850. Also the following phone numbers: 1 800 290 8603,1 877 488 9480,1 866 428 3383,1 800 214 6422. Parent company's website - trilegiant.com. Don't bother with any of the phone numbers, all you'll get is a lot of promises, and run around. I sent an email to [email protected] my email I indicated that I was P* and that they had 48 hours to correct the situation or I was going to the FTC and the Department of Justice. Sent a copy of my email to my state's attorney general's office. Went ahead and prepared the information for DOJ and the FTC. Almost 48 hours later I got an email stating that the $35.99 was an annual membership fee. However, at my request, they cancelled my membership and indicated that they would refund my money. This all took place 3/5 - 3/6 2008. Checking my card balance this morning (3/13/08), I found a credit from the for all charges against my card. I'm not saying that this will work for you, but it sure did for me. I'm debating weather or not to forward that afore mentioned information to the DOJ and FTC. Good luck.
