Then I was told to call the 800 number and of course I was greeted by someone who barely speaks english. I must have asked her 10 times, what did you say? Anyway, I finally got through the part of are you sure you don't want to do this anymore... That takes a long time. It took me 20 minutes to convince her that I do indeed want my money back.
She provided me with a confirmation number and said that my credit card would be credited within 5 - 8 days. We'll see.
