Refusal to refund after nonreceipt of goods

I placed an order with magsalmostfree.com on April 26th of and paid immediately. When more than eight weeks had passed with no issues having arrived, I contacted the seller via email in order to keep him/her informed. When 12 weeks had passed, I again made contact.

Eleven days later, I received a message from the seller, asking me to resubmit my physical address so that the matter could be investigated. I replied that my physical address had been attached to every message sent, including the very one I was reading, sent by them.

I requested that they simply refund my payment made more than three months prior as I preferrred not to wait another 12 weeks for another potential disappointment. I also referenced the poor customer service I'd experienced thus far. All of my messages were polite but firm in tone.
It is now more than a week following that exchange and I have received no reply whatsoever, not to mention no sign of any refund.

Consumers beware: Do not buy from Mags Almost Free! Genuine Rip-Off!
