Did not provide what was sold/described and refused refund requests

After being redirected from undercoverdetective.com to pay for my subscription which ended up being accessed at recordsarea.com, I was wholly dissatisfied with the level of information. DEFINITELY not what is advertised. Multiple 404 errors, extremely limited information, known information completely missing. Total false advertising! I requested a refund within 24 hours (after paying for a 5 year subscription) but only received a form letter to which I replied with the reasons I was requesting a refund. Their reply was another form letter offering to do a "manual" search and send the results by email. I replied and again requested a refund. The reply I received to that email was the exact same form letter I received the first time. I quote from undercoverdetective.com/faqs.htm -
