Half priced mags recieved no mags, no refund, same e-mail response say will take care of never did internet

Purchaced mags. Back in june did not recieve any mags after 12 weeks e-mailed company they said they would take care of but 12 more weeks went by e-mailed again same response still 12 weeks later still nothing and no other way to contact them.
