Cashed check but did not ship orde

I requested cigarettes which website cashed my check but didn't deliver my purchase. I examined the purchase background and also the purchase was authorized on August1 and my check cashed. It has never occurred. There's no telephone number for contact and that I have sent them more often than once and also have not obtained an answer in regards to the purchase.
